Cooking power control lever

When cooking over charcoal, direct fire, or barbecue, a heat control function is added to the top of the stove to prevent excessive heat and flames from burning meat, allowing for out-ofthe-way cooking that enhances the natural flavor of the food.

All four of the blocking plates are detachable, and you can use deep cooking utensils such as cauldrons with them all removed.

When removing the barrier plate, please refer to the user manual to understand the principles and easily remove it. (Fit the hoof-shaped groove with the internal bolt.)

A firebox and charcoal container are provided to accommodate firewood, charcoal, and other fuels. Cooking over direct fire or charcoal grilling is possible, and the firebox height can be adjusted to two levels.

When using an outcook, if you raise the chimney more than 1m, more than 80% of the smoke and smell generated when meat fat drips and burns will be discharged through the chimney, allowing for a more comfortable cooking experience.
